Match Form

Hello everyone

Here is a guide on how to fill out the Bedford & District Netball League Match Form. If you have any problems or require further clarification please do not hesitate to contact me.

A - Print players name in their correct position.

B - Tick box to show each player is Covid symptom free.

C - If you have borrowed a player from another team please print their name here.

D - Print the usual team name of the borrowed player (plus the league if its not Bedford).

E - Print the name of the home and away captains.

F - Print the name of your umpire.

G - Print your umpires level - IO, C, B.

H - Print the name of your scorer (divisions premier and 1st only).

I - Print the name of the responsible adult (either for U18 team or U18 umpire).

J - Write your division here.

K - Write the date of the game here.

L - Write home and away teams name here.

M - Write the final score here & get the umpire to confirm its correct.
