Sheelagh is an umpiring tutor and mentor and was an International umpire. She served on the league committee for many years. She has been an inspiration and mentor to many umpires in the Bedford League including Gary Burgess who she continues to mentor. She is currently the East President and works for England Netball. Sheelagh is passionate about netball in all formats from Grassroots to International. Sheelagh was the first winner of the B&DNL Blue Ribbon award which we think indicates how much she means to the League.
