Walking Netball

Walking Netball

What is Walking Netball?

Like many sports, netball also has a walking version of the game, devised to keep people playing longer. The game follows almost the same rules as regular netball, with the exception that players must have at least one foot on the floor at all times.

Walking netball is great exercise, no matter what your age or fitness level. Many people have been able to return to the sport they love, as walking netball is played at a much slower pace, but is just as competitive as standard netball.
